What to expect (pregnancy massage)

The customer lays on her side hugging a pillow on a heated massage bed. She can be moved to a more upright position depending on what is comfortable. Massages are full body, even strategically including the tops and sides of feet (but not the bottom as this has been known to stimulate labour), with a pressure point massage for your body, avoiding areas that could have an adverse effect. This is followed by the application of soothing oils for a relaxation massage focused on the back and any other painful areas.

What to expect (normal massage, relaxing or deep):

Begin with a pressure point massage for your entire body, followed by the application of soothing oils for a deep tissue or relaxation massage. Our highly qualified therapists use their hands and elbows to relieve stress and tension. The session concludes with a Thai pressure-point foot massage to stimulate your nervous system and improve water retention
