REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS
 
To ensure all our clients and staff are safe, we ask you to:
 
  • Do not make an appointment if you are someone that has been identified as being ‘extremely vulnerable’ to developing severe illness from contracting Covid-19 and have been advised to shield by the NHS during this time.
  • Check your temperature at home and consider if you are safe to attend. If you experience any Covid-19 symptoms, please cancel your appointment.
  • Arrive and enter the premises no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time, as our waiting areas are limited.
  • Attend your appointment alone unless booked as a couples massage.
  • Bring as little as possible into the treatment room with you.
  • Bring and wear your own face mask.
  • Wash or sanitise your hands on arrival.
  • Practice social distancing during your appointment.
  • We ask all clients and therapists to follow the NHS contact tracing procedures, and to inform us if you develop symptoms within 14 days of attending an appointment with us.

OVERVIEW OF OUR EXTRA PROCEDURES FOR COVID-19

  • We have extensive cleaning procedures in place between every client.
  • We have modified our diary to ensure there are 15 minutes between appointments to reduce client to client contact, allow for changing of PPE and for the necessary cleaning.
  • All unnecessary items and soft furnishings have been removed from our treatment rooms.
  • All therapists will be wearing PPE a mask.
  • All of our therapists are trained in infection control by outlined by the WHO.
  • We have reduced the use of towels and all laundry will continue to be strictly single use.
  • Wear a mask on entering the building and in our premises. When face-down on a massage table with a face hole you may remove the mask.
  • On arrival, you will be asked to wash or sanitise your hands and we will take your temperature using a non-contact infra red thermometer.
  • We ask all clients and therapists to follow the NHS contact tracing procedures, and to inform us if you develop symptoms within 14 days of attending an appointment with us.
  • If any of our therapists begin to experience any symptoms of Covid-19 they will cancel your appointment and follow self-isolation and contact tracing guidelines appropriately.
